Forget Me Not Club

Through the “Forget Me Not Club,” it is possible to bequeath donations through wills or estates designating Alzheimer's Aid Society of Northern California as beneficiary.

You also have a choice as to where your contribution dollars go -- either directly to Alzheimer's 'research' or to the 'general fund,' which promotes public awareness, as well as provides Alzheimer's caregiving families in Northern Califoria with education, support, guidance and referral services. Please indicate your preference.

Contributions to the “Forget Me Not Club” offer the contributor or the contributor’s designee’s name engraved on a permanent plaque on display in the Sacramento office. Your donation entitles the designee to one of the following listings:

Silver Plaque $500-$999
Bronze Plaque $1,000-$9,999
Gold Plaque $10,000 +

Donation of Car, Boat, Trailer, etc.
Please consider donating the above items to the Alzheimer’s Aid Society. You will receive a receipt at time of pickup which you may complete for up to $500. If the item sells for more, you will receive paperwork indicating the new amount, along with a Form 1098C,
to file with your taxes.

We greatly appreciate these donations, as another way to aid us in our continued fight against the unrelenting disease of Alzheimer’s.
